The Industrial Fermentation Technology Section (IFTS) houses the Culture Collection of the Industrial Technology Development Institute. The ITDI-CC is a member of the World Federation of Culture Collections and the Philippine Network of Microbial Culture Collections.

Our services include: distribution of starter cultures (Nata de Coco, Vinegar)
Antimicrobial Assay (Kirby Bauer Test)​

The IFTS conducts antimicrobial testing of various extracts against common pathogenic bacterial and fungal species as per the request of the client.
Research Consultations

As a commitment to public service, our staff welcomes requests for consultations regarding researches of relevant topics conducted by students, as well as private and public institutions.
